Is this good news, that scientists are narked at RC criticism of their animal-human hybrid experiments? - rc animals
Or it feels more like a joke?
Seriously, it's not good that the scientific and religious challenge to the morality of these experiments? Although the resident coordinator could not use strong language of science, his interest in what this mean that for the general public to test, do not you think? Or do you feel scientists free rein to do what they want without opposition?

Thank you for this topic Sasi. The news is here:

I've heard that stem cells can now be produced by a few cells of an adult, so I do not understand what justification there can be no science, but I am not an expert.
I do not agree with the human fertilization outside the human body (IVF). I believe that all forms of participation of human cells in vitro fertilization (including this one) are fundamentally ethical. Even the human IVF, IVF or whatever, or something that a genetic pre-fertilization changes as acceptable scientific concerns.
Among my most ethical concerns over IVF serious are the following:
- The risk of introduction of damaged genes in our DNA and there is no realistic way to repair "is a genetic problem, introduced now or later in future generations.
- The psychological damage to individuals through certain forms of IVF, produced, where people can not identify causes an important aspect of his true identity, or if their health or their ability to resistChildren affected by these procedures.
- For me, the sanctity of human life begins at conception and IVF techniques are not able to keep the professionals in IVF "Playing God", which to me is not acceptable for religious reasons.
- This is a serious violation of personal rights of a human being, dignity and freedom, their genetic material may have changed in any way.
This is not a complete list of my concerns about human IVF, but the third point to be above directly to your question in context. If biologists are in my criticism varied, the better. I do not believe that this technology in the long term interest of the public. I see even as a threat to our human species. Do you really want the government to begin to control our genetics? Think for a moment!
Regards, Steven.
