I have a Samsung SCHu410 it says i need initial programming. I dont know the unlock code if its not programing? - master lock last number calculator

Originally had a lock code when the phone around. It was 2448th I was just messing around and see NAM, and turn off the phone. Now, he said that the initial programming is not needed, but let me do something because it is locked and the password does not work and I have tried in the last 4 digits of my number and I know what to do . Perhaps there is a reset button or the master code of the website. Please help me out. Thanks
